"Go somewhere else. Great customer Service but way overpriced and unable to perform job...so much so that I ended up not have the work completed. The strut bolts were semi-seized in the lower bushing. I got an over the phone quote that it would be roughly 320 (I had the struts) to put them on and get an alignment. Dropped it off and got a call saying it was going to be 460 but may not need an alignment. Got another call saying they can't get the bolts out and were going to have to press out the bushings and put new in...bushings were quoted at $60 each and total cost would end up right at $1000. I said no thanks, was charged a little over $50 for them to try to get a bolt off with no success...waste of my time and money. Took the truck home/broke the bolts loose/put new struts on/put everything together in about 2 hours. Apparently the shop rate is 500.00/hour. I also bought the bushings just in case I needed them...got them for 30.00 each. Front desk and shuttle were very friendly and helpful but way actual service team is overpriced and unable to perform the job."

These folks were a life saver for me and I would recommend them to anyone traveling thru Des Moines or that lives there. They were kind, courteous and straight forward.
