Tech brought car to front and it sat there until I got up to say something. Absolutely no sense of urgency. When I stopped in to make the appointment they said they take very limited "wait for the car" appts - despite having a pretty nice waiting area. I had just cleaned the windows and they managed to leave a big smudge on the inside of the windshield. I almost went back inside but did not because I was a bit concerned at how long it would take. Receipt said it was vacuumed but somehow they missed a chunk of popcorn in the middle of the floormat. Recommended coolant service even though that was done a month ago."
