Once you come in for your appointment. We then go to work, here's how...

1.We write down exactly what you tell us you are experiencing, all the symptoms and details.

2.Our best technician for your particular concern will be assigned to your car based on their experience.

3.If you're still here we frequently test drive the car with you to help pinpoint those noises and problems. We always test drive your car to see if we can feel, see, or hear what you do.

4.Then we go on to look at the whole car, whoever heard of holistic auto repair? We go through the Westside Auto Pros inspection that checks out over 28 different areas of your car. We rank them as Good, Needs Attention, or Needs Immediate Attention.

5.Next you will be contacted with an estimate before any repairs are started. Surprise bills are never welcome. It's especially troublesome when there is a bunch of add on fees that were never discussed before the work started. We'll give you a complete & detailed quote for the work that needs to be performed on your vehicle before any repair begins.

6.We only start the repair work once you give us your approval, and only then. Also, to save time often we may have already ordered your parts, anticipating your approval. That saves us time. You do want your car back sooner, don't you?

7.After you approve the repair, we provide you an updated estimate of the completion time and when you can plan on picking up your car.

8.We then go to work and fix your car, right the first time.

9.Once the repair is completed we use our electronic test equipment to confirm the repair.

10.Your car will then be taken out on a final quality assurance road test to confirm all concerns were addressed. Why should you test drive our repairs?

11.Finally we will call you to arrange a time to get you back into your car!
