Do not trust this business! They will charge you much more than the real cost and prey on unknowing customers for extra money. I have had two experiences with them and both were horrendous. They quoted me $5000 for a wheel and axel change on a 2009 Hyundai Accent. I am sure being a female in her 20s made me look like a naive and easy target for them but unfortunately I am a claims adjuster so I know how to review these for accuracy. I got the work done for $250 at a small local shop instead. Do not trust Westside Autos estimates, always get a second opinion, and preferably just dont use them. This is NOT a trustworthy company. Another malicious shop taking advantage of people who generally do not know enough about their cars to verify the estimate. I am just lucky I didnt fall for it. I will never go back and I tell everyone I can to avoid this shop.
Hi, Carley. We have not seen a person by this name since 2016 with a 2012 Hyundai Accent. This person has only been to our shop once, not twice and the Service Advisor was a 30 year old female that helped you so it wasn't related to any of that you state and at that time. Also, the person we quoted work for had a control arm, axle shaft, tie rod end, wheel and tire all quoted for $1449.60. I'm not sure if this is the same Carley Yoder and if so, what possessed you to leave a false information review 6 years later, but I would be happy to discuss it with you if you would like to call me at 515-225-9090.
