I woke up this morning to a dead battery. I called my insurance company for roadside assistance and they sent Westside Pros and was I glad they did. The technician, Andy, was very pleasant, informative and he took the time to answer my questions. In the end I needed a new battery and he told me he could just jump start my car so I could go elsewhere for the battery or he could install a new one himself. I appreciated the fact he gave me a choice, he could tell me the cost if he did it, and he had the part already in his truck. I decided to have him install a new one. It took him no time at all to do it and he even reset my car’s clock and date. With such excellent service I have no doubt I will be going to Westside Auto Pros in the future.
