Took my car to Smart Honda today. Paid $62 for oil change plus tire rotation. I told them to go ahead and change air filter as was suggested by Westside Auto Pro; I was told my filters are fine.

I used Westside Auto Pros Mobile service and had a great experience. They came to my place of employment and fixed my car right there in the parking lot. Mark called me when he arrived and I came down to meet him at my car. He ran a diagnostic on my car and thoroughly explained the results and what the problem was. I needed a new battery and he had one right there in his van. I was back to work within about 20 minutes. As a working, single mother finding time to take my car in to get fixed isn't always possible, so having someone come to me was great. I would definitely use Westside Auto Pros again.

I would like to thank the staff at Westside Auto Pros for their prompted, kind and courteous service. I was very pleased with the work that they did on my 2003 Ford F250 Diesel. You did a great job of getting me in and getting all of my injectors replaced, and also a couple of the glow plugs. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a place to get auto repairs done on their vehicle. I would like to thank the entire staff. It was nice also that they had a shuttle service to pick you up and take you work or home.

Much better service than Ramsey where i used to go. First went here for a second opinion when the dealer couldn't fix a problem after several tries. Westside identified the problem almost immediately and fixed it the right way for a fair price. They also do little nice touches such as cleaning the inside of the car. 5 stars!

We are from northern Wisconsin and came down to visit friends. The car didn't sound right and we had the guys there check it out. They found the problem, fixed it, and gave us a great deal, all in the same day. They also took the time to answer all of my questions. Considering it was emergency repairs hours from home, it was a great experience.

Things are getting better more info later.thanks I had a not so favorable experience I the past but I contacted Ron he is taking care of any problems I have had.

My wife and I went to get a new set of tires installed on our car. Prices were reasonable, and service was excellent. It was especially nice to see an auto-shop that provides a great waiting area for their guests, since most shops have a dismal if not disgusting area for the customers to wait in.The staff was very professional, we will be back!

I am new to Iowa and my old commuter car is new to these frigid Iowa winters. I had a lot of car trouble when the negative wind chills became frequent. I had to call AAA and an employee from Westside Auto Pros came out and helped me get my car started. My car continued to have intermittent problems. Some days it would start, some days it would not. I had to call AAA a second time and have my car towed to Westside Auto Pros. They replaced the battery and changed the oil and we thought that would be it. But it wasn't. My car was very angry. It did not start one weekend and I got a hold of Ron from Westside Auto Pros and he said he would help me figure out what was going on with my car. He sent out technicians to try and diagnose my car on the spot and then my car was taken again to Westside Auto Pros where it was taken care of. (Secondary ignition system problems). It was a hard problem to figure out since my car would start one day and not the next. It wasn't a cheap fix, but I knew it would be quality coming from Westside Auto Pros. They gave me a free tow just in case and I got the AAA discount on the labor. My car is working now with no problems. I am SO happy I went to Westside Auto Pros. Jeff at the front desk is very knowledgeable and helpful. I felt like I knew him by the time the issues with my car were taken care of. Thanks Westside Auto Pros!

Took a 2004 Nissan Maxima in for a ABS issue. It was a known design flaw of the Nissan where the rear wheel bearings rust up and ruin the abs computers. After talking with the service tech I authorized them to repair both sides so I would not have to make this expensive repair twice. They send the vehicle to Hummels Nissan to make the repair then add their fee to Hummels. A year later the problem reappears and they tell me the other side needs to be done (it was not repaired originally) and both computers are out again and no help (in cost) will be given. I take it to Hummels Nissan and the repair is half the cost and would have been warranted if I took it to them myself originally. Why hire a middle man to take their cut and not provide customer service.
